Reunion Update

We have 4 scheduled events.

1) There is a welcome happy hour on Thursday night.  This is open to all attendees and guests, but please register your guest so we get an expected headcount.

2) We have 30 tickets available for the Bob Schneider Charity Concert at the ACL Live | Moody Theatre, the soundstage and home of the television show Austin City Limits.  The tickets were donated to OPM42 Reunion by ONEprop, but please register so we know we have enough tickets.  This event location is on the same block as The W, so you walk outside and directly into the event after the Thursday night Happy Hour. 

3) Friday and Saturday there is an education track.  Space is limited to 40 persons.  Please sign up early, if we have greater demand for the education track we may be able to expand the space.

4) Friday Night is unscheduled.  We had many people request that this time remain open so they can explore on their own or have dinner with a smaller group of friends.

5) We have a group dinner of Texas BBQ scheduled at Lamberts.  Dinner is limited to 70 persons, so there is plenty of room for all expected attendees and their guests.  Lamberst is directly across the street from The W.  Price includes food and alcohol.

Registration and Payment is Back!

Registration and Payment for our reunion is back up and running.  We have switched the registration and payment provider to Eventbrite. 

For those of you who registered with the previous provider, I am sorry but you must register again, for more information on why go HERE.  Sorry for the inconvenience, but the switch to Eventbrite should make everything easier.

Go HERE to register for the event.  The education track will be at the W Hotel in Downtown Austin.  You can stay at The W or there are other excellent hotels near by, within 4-6 blocks.  We have posted a list of great places to stay at the right hand side of this page.

Registration and Payment - Temporarily Disabled

The Registration and Payment functions for the Austin Reunion have been temporarily disabled.  We are very sorry for this, the solution we chose for registration and payment, ACTEVA, has had problems so we are looking for a new solution.

Twenty-four of our Alumni who have signed up will need to re-register when we have a new solution.  Additionally, if you paid for your registration through ACTEVA you may need to contact your credit card company and ask for a refund on the registration charge.

Here is more background.  One of our group had double payments on their credit card by ACTEVA.  When we attempted to resolve the situation through ACTEVA they would not respond to any emails or phone communication.  Because of the lack of ability to resolve the situation a decision was made to cancel our ACTEVA account and seek another solution.  We attempted to use the online facility to reverse the payments made to date, but based on our past issues we are recommending you contact your credit card company and contest the charge.

We will send an email to all when a new registration solution is available.

   

How to Register

The first question everyone is asking is where do I register?  You can register HERE - fill out the form and let us know you will be attending.  Right now there are two paid events.  One is for the actual educational event and the other is for dinner at Lamberts on Saturday night.  The dinner at Lamberts is hosted in a private dining area and will accommodate 70 people.  Food and drinks are included with the dinner, to find out more about Lamberts click HERE.  All the educational events will be at The W Hotel in Austin.  But if you do not wish to stay at The W you will find many other hotels close by.

OPM 42 - Getting Ready for Austin
