Registration and Payment - Temporarily Disabled

The Registration and Payment functions for the Austin Reunion have been temporarily disabled.  We are very sorry for this, the solution we chose for registration and payment, ACTEVA, has had problems so we are looking for a new solution.

Twenty-four of our Alumni who have signed up will need to re-register when we have a new solution.  Additionally, if you paid for your registration through ACTEVA you may need to contact your credit card company and ask for a refund on the registration charge.

Here is more background.  One of our group had double payments on their credit card by ACTEVA.  When we attempted to resolve the situation through ACTEVA they would not respond to any emails or phone communication.  Because of the lack of ability to resolve the situation a decision was made to cancel our ACTEVA account and seek another solution.  We attempted to use the online facility to reverse the payments made to date, but based on our past issues we are recommending you contact your credit card company and contest the charge.

We will send an email to all when a new registration solution is available.

  1. You will be really glad that you switched from Acteva to eventbrite. There is a high likelihood that you would never had seen a dime from Acteva.
